liverandom asked: Thank you for so much! My parents have said no to contacts, but they agreed to the wig. My sister is letting me use a petticoat from one of her lolita dresses. Are there any other suggestions you have for either my friend or me? Every little bit helps make the cosplay better! (I'm trying to keep costs as low as possible this year because I spent around $180 or something on my Black Butler costume last year and I'm in highschool without a job XD)

Hmm let’s see. Perhaps going with a bit lighter shade of make up? The mods always picture Belarus as fairly pale, so that’s always something you could think about doing or play around with, haha. Her shoes look like simple Mary Jane’s so maybe go with a pair with a small heel (they can give your legs a better shape) and etsy usually has nicely priced shoes so you can always start your search there! And we usually see her with black gloves so having a pair would be a nice addition.

And don’t forget Liechtenstein’s petti, too!
